Hi - I’m Katie.
I'm a strategist, project leader, and communicator who loves helping people build meaningful things.
For more than a decade, I've worked alongside founders, developers, hospitality operators, nonprofits, and community leaders as they launch new ideas, navigate change, and bring ambitious projects to life. Some days I'm helping shape strategy. Other days I'm facilitating a meeting, writing a message, solving an operational problem, or connecting the right people around the table.
I built Multitool because I wanted to work differently -with a small number of teams, over longer periods of time, in ways that are flexible, collaborative, and deeply embedded.
My Approach
High trust. Low ego.I believe the best work happens through collaboration. When projects require additional expertise, I bring together trusted partners - including designers, photographers, developers, writers, and subject matter specialists - to build the right team for the work.
I'm a firm believer in giving credit generously and building relationships that extend beyond any single engagement.

My family and I live in central Vermont, where you'll often find me running mountain roads, chasing my kids around, cooking and hosting, or thinking through a project on a long walk.
Those parts of my life aren't separate from my work - they've shaped the way I lead, collaborate, and define success.
